We're excited to announce a new housing development in partnership with Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council and M&J Cosgrove Construction Limited. Contracts were signed in June 2024, and construction began in September 2024.
This development will offer 17 new homes for affordable rent, built to the highest energy efficiency rating (EPC-A) to keep environmental impact low and energy bills affordable for residents in the long-term. The scheme consists of:
10 x 1 bed 2 person flats
4 x 2 bed 3 person flats
2 x 2 bed 4 person houses
1 x 2 bed 3 person bungalow
This £4.2m scheme received funding from the Welsh Government Social Housing Grant Programme to address the local housing needs and will be completed by January 2026.
