How do I apply?

We recognise that first-time buyers can often find it difficult to get onto that first step of the property ladder. We therefore work alongside Aspire2Own, which was set-up by the Vale of Glamorgan Council, to offer homes for sale. 

Aspire2Own will register your interest in one of our low cost home ownership properties. They also advertise all of the properties available across the Vale of Glamorgan. For more information about Aspire2Own, click here. 

Once you see an area and a property you are interested in, Aspire2Own will organise a viewing with one of our team. From there you can apply and if successful, reserve the property.
