We're working in partnership with the Vale of Glamorgan Council to provide affordable homes in Cowbridge.
We will be providing a total of 133 affordable homes for rent and 57 first time buyer homes for sale at Clare Garden Village.
Local residents must be ready to apply for homes for rent by registering with Homes4U, the housing register for the county managed by the Vale of Glamorgan Council.
In addition to homes for affordable rent, 2 bedroom homes exclusively for sale to first time buyers will be available early 2022. We will be selling houses to people with a connection to Cowbridge and the close surrounding areas. To be eligible to purchase these homes, first time buyers must register with Aspire2Own, a scheme managed by the Vale of Glamorgan Council that supports first time buyers to get onto the property ladder.
