How your rent is spent
We are a not-for-profit housing association, which means that all the money we receive goes back into delivering high quality homes and services to our tenants. It is most important that our rents are affordable to all our tenants. We also want to ensure that rents are fair and are in line with what tenants expect. Rents and service charges are reviewed for affordability in each location.
Below, you can see a breakdown of how we have budgeted to spend your rent and service charges. Please note that these figures are based on budget from 1st of April 2023 to 31st of March 2024.

Providing support for tenants who are struggling to pay their rent is a very high priority for us. This is especially important in the current cost of living crisis which is severely affecting our tenants.
