We're excited to announce a new housing development at the site of the former Crossways Methodist Church in partnership with Vale of Glamorgan Council and N J Hughes Construction Ltd. Contracts were signed in February 2024, and the redevelopment is set to begin in spring 2024.

This development will offer 15 new homes for affordable rent, built to the highest energy efficiency rating EPC A to keep environmental impact low and energy bills affordable for residents in the long-term. 

The scheme received funding from the Welsh Government Social Housing Grant Programme to address the local housing needs and will be completed summer 2025.
