We’re thrilled to unveil a new housing development in collaboration with the Vale of Glamorgan Council and Castell Construction. Contracts were finalised in December 2024, and construction began in January 2025.

This development will deliver 7 affordable homes for rent, designed with an EPC-A energy efficiency rating to minimise environmental impact and keep residents' energy costs affordable.

The project includes:

• 2 x 1-bedroom, 2-person flats
• 2 x 2-bedroom, 3-person flats
• 3 x 2-bedroom, 4-person houses

Supported by £1.55m in funding from the Welsh Government’s Social Housing Grant Programme, this scheme addresses local housing needs and is set for completion by February 2026.
