Alterations and improvements to your home

Information about improvements to your home are contained within your lease agreement. Generally leaseholders are permitted to carry out minor improvements to their homes such as putting up shelves or decorating. 

Any major works such as building extensions, removing walls and replacing bathrooms and kitchens require our prior written permission and you will need to contact us before starting any projects. You will also need to ensure that any authorised improvement works are carried out by a reputable builder and comply with any building regulations, current fire legislation or local authority planning permission requirements.
