Selling your home

Newydd has no legal obligations to buy your home back from you, however we will consider all requests to do so. In some cases, the lease requires Newydd to be offered first refusal on the sale of your home. If you are thinking about selling your home please contact us in the first instance.

Please note that for any requests for sales packs from solicitors in respect of the sale of leasehold properties, there is an administration fee of £110.00 plus VAT for compiling and issuing the information pack and for providing replies to any other queries that come up during the conveyancing process.

If you are buying a leasehold property where Newydd is the landlord, there is an administration fee of £110 plus VAT for accepting and registering Notice of Transfer from your solicitor together with dealing with the Deed of Covenants (if any) and for drafting and issuing a Land Registry Compliance Certificate which will enable your solicitors to register your purchase of the property with the Land Registry.
