Realise Your Potential is a free service for Newydd tenants to help develop and maximise their potential. 

Our Realise Your Potential team can help you with all aspects of developing skills, gaining experience, finding work, volunteering or training opportunities that you’re interested in. The support we provide includes:

• Finding work – Help with searching for jobs, applications, CV’s, interview tips and practice
• Volunteering – Match you to volunteering opportunities, placements or apprenticeships
• Training – Support to find courses, pay for training fees, apply to college or university, apply for grants.
• In work – Support to sustain employment, get that promotion or find a second job.
• Universal Credit – Support with your claim,  commitment reviews and journal management
