We can guide you into training and employment. Whether you are one of our tenants or not, our courses are available to you for free. We want to help you to become job ready and have the confidence to step into work for the first time, career progression or after a break. 

Our employability programme will help you move closer to the job market by:

  • Undertaking relevant industry specific vocational accredited qualifications
  • Undertaking work experience and volunteering
  • Improving your interview skills
  • Sourcing apprenticeship opportunities through our targeted, recruitment and training clauses
  • Help with interview and work clothes attire

As well as online learning, we offer accredited community-based workshops and courses. This style of learning will allow you to learn through face-to-face tutors if online learning does not work for you.
