We're excited to announce a new housing development in partnership with Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council and WK Plasterers Ltd. Contracts were signed in January 2024, and construction is set to begin in spring 2024.

This development will offer 12 new homes for affordable rent, built to the highest energy efficiency rating (EPC-A) to keep environmental impact low and energy bills affordable for residents in the long-term. The scheme consists of:

• 4 x 1 bed 2 person adapted flats
• 4 x 1 bed 2 person flats
• 4 x 2 bed 3 person flats

The scheme received funding from the Welsh Government Social Housing Grant Programme to address the local housing needs and will be completed autumn 2025.
