Fire safety for leaseholders

• Please fit at least one smoke alarm on every level of your home. 
• Please contact us when carrying out changes to your flat. This is so we can ensure that any material building alterations are checked by local building control to ensure they comply with the Building Regulations.
• If you wish to remove, replace, or change your flat entrance doors in any way (including the self-closing mechanism), you should always consult us before making any such changes.
