Your responses help us shape the service we give to you and lets us know how residents feel in general. Each month, we’ll report your feedback and let you know how we’re acting on it. You can read this in the next section.

Read on in the next section to find out how we're working to deliver better repair and maintenance services for our tenants.
You Said, we did: Improving Repairs Service
You told us that repairs and maintenance are one of the most important services we provide — and that you want them to be quicker, more reliable, and done right first time. We’ve listened and are making improvements across Cadarn Group.
This includes investing in in-house skills and training to provide a more consistent service, creating a single repairs team to react quicker to your repairs, improving our communication with you, and much more.
