We’re delighted to welcome 17 new Newydd households in Cwmbach after the completion of our latest development of brand new bungalows!
All of the bungalows have been built to the highest energy efficiency rating with a non-fossil fuelled heating system to reduce the impact on the local environment. Check out the striking flyover video of the new estate via the link below.

We’ve once again partnered with law firm Blake Morgan to provide work experience opportunities for young tenants interested in pursuing a career in Law. Four tenants, aged 15 to 18, took part in the programme, gaining valuable insight into all manner of experience to support their future career aspirations.
