We recently added SPH Plumbing & Electrical to our list of Approved Contractors, they are carrying out General Maintenance and Void Works to assist the existing Contractors and in-house staff in the Newtown & Llandrindod Wells area.
They are experienced in the market as have contracts with other Housing Associations.

We are forming a new Tenant Panel of 10 members to discuss service delivery, tenant satisfaction and more. Some meetings will be in person and some virtual and they will be held every two months.
Remuneration: £25 shopping voucher per meeting attended.
