Have Your Say: Tenant Satisfaction Survey With Acuity
Newydd is committed to continually improving the services we provide to our tenants. That’s why we’re working with specialist market research company Acuity to carry out our Tenant Satisfaction Survey.
What’s the survey about?
This is a general satisfaction survey that asks for your views on your home and the services provided by Newydd. It includes 12 key questions that are reported annually to the Welsh Government.
How will it work?
- Acuity will contact around 75 tenants every three months by telephone.
- The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
- Calls will be made:
- Monday to Friday: 9am – 8pm
- Saturday: 10am – 6pm
- Interviewers will let the phone ring for at least 15 seconds (or until voicemail picks up) to give everyone, including those with mobility issues, time to answer.
What number will call me?
If you receive a call from 02922 550291, it’s Acuity.
The survey is strictly confidential, and can be submitted anonymously.
Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. By taking part, you’re helping shape the future of your housing services.
Thank you for your time and support!
