Newydd Receive Highest Rating in Welsh Government's Regulatory Judgement

We’re delighted to announce that both housing associations in the Cadarn Group, Newydd and Cadwyn, have been awarded the highest rating in the Welsh Government’s Regulatory Judgement.

The judgement confirms that both organisations have been rated Green in the Governance and Tenant Services, and Financial Viability criteria.

The purpose of the annual regulation is to protect tenants and the financial security of housing associations in Wales. Compliance ensures that housing associations are well governed, deliver high quality homes and services, and are financially viable.
