Tenant satisfaction survey in the coming weeks

We are working with Acuity, a market research company, to carry out a telephone survey.  This survey will ask you what you think about your home and the services we provide.  It will include 12 questions that are reported each year to the Welsh Government. The results from 2022 can be found on the Welsh Government website here where you can find out what housing association and council tenants think about their homes.

What do Acuity do?

Acuity provides housing associations with surveys to help them improve services. This allows housing associations like us to understand what tenants think and the level of our performance. They have been working with the social housing sector for over 24 years.

Who will be contacted?

Acuity will contact you by telephone with the aim of interviewing around 500 people in November / early December. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

When will they contact you?

Acuity only makes calls between the hours of 9:30am and 19:00 Monday to Friday and between the hours of 10.00am and 18:00pm on Saturday. Interviewers allow the telephone to ring for a minimum of 25 seconds, or until they hear your answerphone, to ensure tenants with mobility issues are given sufficient time to get to the phone.

What number should I look out for?

If you receive a call from Acuity, the number displayed will be 01273 093939, which is a Brighton area code. They will not be asking you for financial details, please do not provide anyone with financial information over the phone. If you have any concerns about a phone call, please contact our Customer Services Team on 0303 040 1998.

Is the survey confidential and anonymous?

The survey is strictly confidential, and you may remain anonymous, however should you wish, you may give Acuity your name so that we can investigate any issues and improve our services.
