Newydd achieves two-star best companies rating for fourth consecutive year
Newydd Housing Association, which now boasts over one hundred members of staff working across seven local authorities in Wales, has been placed in the top 20 organisations in this year’s Sunday Times’ 100 Best Companies To Work For. This means that Newydd has reached the two-star status, which is defined as outstanding, for the fourth year in a row.
Appearing in the Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to Work For list, Newydd, with a approximately 3,000 homes for rent and sale across mid and south Wales, was placed at number 20. Melin Homes, as well as Wales and West Housing Association also appeared in the top 20. To see the full list, click here.
The list is an annual ranking of Britain's happiest and most motivated workforces, with the scores and ratings assessed on employee opinion. More than 1,300 businesses and organisations registered to take part in the surveys with the top performing 325 featuring in the four lists compiled by The Sunday Times.
