Our properties 

Newydd has a small number of homes in Cardiff spread across 4 areas: Ely, St Mellons, Thornhill and Tongwynlais. The homes are a mixture of houses and flats, and all have good access links to local facilities and the city centre.

You will be transferred to the Cardiff Council housing register; you will need to register with them to be able to apply for any of our homes.
