Solcer Architects were appointed to design this sustainable home after their success in designing the Solcer Energy Positive House near Bridgend. The Solcer concept involves having an excellent contextual design using a low carbon approach, providing an affordable, viable and comfortable environment to live in. Planning permission was permitted for the property in August 2018 and Newydd employed Kingfisher Developments (Wales) Limited to construct this adapted bungalow.
Work on this £350,000 purpose-built bungalow began in December 2019 and it is hoped that it will be completed by Autumn 2020. Please note that this property has already been allocated to a tenant.
