Improving our maintenance service

Our tenants expressed an eagerness for their repairs and maintenance work to be completed by Newydd staff.

As a direct response to this, we’ve set up our very own maintenance team. We involved some of you in this process and strive to provide excellent services to you. Building a brand-new team from the ground up was a huge investment and came with a unique set of challenges and problems. 

Mistakes were made and the venture came with no small amount of teething issues. However, lessons have been learnt and we will continue to work hard, and try our best, to get it right.

As we undertake this journey, we’d like you to keep giving us feedback on how we’re doing, whether it’s good or bad.

Our latest campaign aims to shed some light on what we’ve been up to, to try and improve our services.
