If you have moved into a newly built home within the past 12 months please call the Development Administrator on 02920 629 386 during office hours.  For out of hours contact please refer to your Lettings Pack which was given to you when you moved in.

All other properties

If you know what the problem is go straight to HouseCall to report your repair by clicking on the HouseCall link below.  Follow the instructions on each screen and then submit your repair request. We will process your request as soon as possible and send an acknowledgement to you if you give us your email address.
