Newydd's Development

At Newydd Housing Association we develop housing for families and individuals in areas where needs are greatest, working in close partnership with Local Authorities and the Welsh Assembly Government. As a housing association we are committed to ensuring that the homes that we develop are accessible, energy efficient, warm and sustainable.

We are developing much needed affordable accommodation for rent and sale, mainly in the Vale of Glamorgan and Rhondda Cynon Taf areas. We are members of the Integrate Consortium, which consists of eight like minded housing associations, who have joined together to offer better value development and maintenance services and materials.

We also provide the opportunity for first time buyers to start on the property ladder through Homebuy schemes. Homes Within Reach provides a range of equity-share options both grant and non-grant funded.
