  • Flexible Hours

A 35 hour week for full time staff and flexible working arrangements for most staff including flexitime with no core hours, compressed or part time hours and sabbaticals.

  • Annual leave

The basic leave entitlement is 25 days but increases up to a maximum of 30 days (plus Bank holidays and 3 additional days leave are given between Christmas and New Year).  Staff can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days annual leave every leave year.

  • Training and Development

As an Investors in People Organisation we are committed to offering you regular good quality training to ensure you can carry out your role to the highest standard.  We also offer funding for professional qualifications as part of your career development (which may include day release).

  • Professional Membership

The Group will meet the registration and Annual Membership fees for all relevant Professional Institutes and Bodies.

  • Pension Scheme

You will have the option to join our final salary contributory pension scheme.  Our contribution is over 15%.

  • Terms and Conditions of Employment

We offer enhanced benefits in respect of maternity, paternity, sickness and other statutory provisions and have flexible family friendly policies for parents and carers.

  • Other benefits

We hold at least two free social events a year as well as other corporate events.
